Join me over 2 sessions for a total of a 4 hr Zoom workshop.

We will work on creating owl collages. I will begin the first session with ideas about how to create your own owl designs for collage. I will provide some of my own owl patterns but I want students to be able to think about creating their own designs. I will show various owl examples and demonstrate my collage technique.

In the second session we will continue looking at collage, look at your progress and the work you have created, then discuss composition and how to use the collage pieces. I will also talk about free-motion quilting and hand stitching on these projects. There will be time for you to work on this project during the workshops.

Date: Wednesday January 7th 8-10am PST (Pacific Standard Time) and Friday January 9th 8-10am PST. Please remember to confirm this time in your own timezone.

Once registered and paid I will send out a Supply List, Patterns and Instructions as a PDF file. You should print these out. I will also send the Zoom link.

A Zoom reminder will be sent out a day before the class.

These workshops will be recorded and the link made available for 2 weeks after the class.

These are small projects so great for using scraps. You may wish to scale up some of the patterns for a larger project. The options for using these designs and collages are unlimited.
